Job Description

WEEKEND Program: We provide services in Camden , Burlington & Gloucester County 

1) Must have CHHA license in NJ 

2) Must work Saturday & Sunday

3) Must have reliable Transportation  Essential Functions:

  • Attends work as schedules and follows Agencies’ call-off procedures.
  • Provides assistance as needed with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, eating, toileting, escorting, and other activities of daily living.
  • Follows client’s’ service plans in providing care.
  • Provides emotional and social support to clients.
  • Informs supervisor of any client’s issues or concerns.
  • Knows, understands, and adheres to client’s right.
  • Is familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
  • Abide by all health and safety regulations and Agency standards.

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills Home Care Services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

  • Requires a CNA or  certified PCA in Virginia State with at least one year of experience.
